Terms of Usage
Registering at Kleven.org means you accept the following terms of usage as legally binding:
Customers obligations:
- You are obligated to register with correct information about yourself
- E-mail- and homepage-address can be used for non-commercial purposes only
- You are obligated not to falsify e-mail sender-info or in any other way impersonate other people using Kleven.org or in any other way abuse the address Kleven.org
Kleven.org's obligations:
- Kleven.org are obligated not to abuse passwords for e-mailaccounts, or read customers e-mail.
Kleven.org (also meaning Tor Atle H.Kleven), can not be held responsable for:
- contents of e-mail sent from e-mail-customers at Kleven.org, or e-mail sent to e-mail-customers of Kleven.org
- consequences of server downtime or restrictions in the availability of Kleven.org
- errors, unauthorized access to, or usage of the services or loss of data, except when gross negligence has been shown by Kleven.org.
General rules:
- Only one e-mail- and homepage-address per person (but everyone in a family can register for their own address)
- People who register with false/consciously incorrect information at Kleven.org, will not be allowed to register at Kleven.org again.
- When abusing an e-mailaddress, the address can be closed
Users of Kleven.org are also bound by Domeneshop's (Kleven.org's webhoster) terms of usage and obligations.
This contact is subject to Norwegian law. Disagreements about interpretations or execution in this deal will be solved through negotiations. If a solution can not be found, the disagreement shall be solved in the Norwegian court system.
